In the event of a cancellation, we please ask that you do so within 24 hours of your appointment time.  Failing to show up for an appointment or frequent cancellations, you may be removed from being able to make an appointment with our online booking system and may require a deposit to hold your appointment time.

Customers with a voucher (Living Social, Groupon, etc) or gift certificate who do not cancel their appointment within the 24 hour time period or do not show up are subject to forfeiture of their voucher or gift certificate.
